I know ya'll have been biting your nails waiting to hear whats new and next with this matter. Good news: Planning Dept. has granted permission to progress with getting the building permit to start constructing BCCC.
I've been working with Mo Hamza@ PowerSavers to get energy efficient air con/water heating system installed. Hopefully Finance dept. will change duty on this item from luxury (33%) and realize it's a necessity.
